Our excellence
Our attorneys maintain a high level of continuing legal education to stay up to date on the very latest issues in the bankruptcy related fields. They attend seminars throughout the country. They also teach attorneys at numerous local seminars. For the number of attorneys in our boutique law firm, Tucker | Hester, LLC has an outsized representation in teaching at such seminars. Jeff is one of only a few bankruptcy attorneys in Indiana certified in business bankruptcy law by the the American Board of Certification.
